Missed Appointments.

Disappointingly, almost 100 patients didn’t attend their face to face appointments at the Surgery last week, and this is a picture which is being seen week after week, amounting to thousands of wasted appointments. There are only a finite number of appointments our Team can provide so please cancel your appointment if you cannot or do not want to attend. We have a DEDICATED CANCELLATION LINE – 01480 483133 with no queue involved – you can simply leave a message and we can then open up the appointment slot for another patient who needs it.
