Complaints

Acorn Surgery Team aims to offer a friendly, approachable and professional service to all our patients at all times.  However if you have a complaint or a concern about the service you have received from someone in the Acorn Team, please let us know.

In line with the NHS Complaints Regulations 2009, we operate a Complaints Procedure.  We would hope that most issues can be resolved quickly and easily at the time they occur and with the person involved but we understand that sometimes this is not possible.  Therefore if a patient wishes to make a complaint we would want to know about this quickly as this will help us to establish more easily what has gone wrong.  However, patients have up to 12 months of an incident occurring to lodge a complaint if they so wish.
